I am currently looking for a Laotian partner who would be active in the development of a real estate project of 16 to 20 mid-range residential units located on Namkhan river adjacent to the Power China Administrative Center in Ban Phanom in LuangPrabang
The required down payment is between 100,000 and 150,000 $. The down payment will be used to build a model house and certain infrastructure which will be guaranteed by the value of the house and the land which is estimated at $ 450,000. I estimate that the return on the down payment can double in 2 years.
I have experience in housing development but I do not want to be involved in Laotian administrative procedures (permits, negotiations, etc.). The project aims to be a "Gated Community" which is aimed mainly at Chinese and Laotians.
Financing can be obtained for buyers up to 50 to 60% of the value over 15 years. Water and electricity as well as a 12m x 3m carport and toilet are on site.
I am aiming for the beginning of 2022 to begin the sale after the construction of the model house.
